Empire Roofing & Restoration is seeking high-performing, self-driven sales professionals to join our fast-growing team. With over 23 years in the construction industry, we’re not just roofers — we’re licensed general contractors who handle full renovations, custom builds, and storm restoration.

We equip our sales reps with the tools, training, and support they need to close deals — and we reward performance with industry-leading commissions, bonuses, fuel reimbursement, or company truck and more.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Generating leads through door-to-door sales and company-provided leads
• Presenting roofing and renovation solutions to homeowners
• Educating customers on the insurance claims process
• Documenting storm damage (drones/in-house inspectors available if needed)
• Following up and closing deals quickly and professionally

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience — preferably in home improvement, roofing, or restoration
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable with face-to-face interactions
• Strong closer with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with solid time management skills
• Familiarity with CRMs and mobile apps for fieldwork
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
